This option will create a new estimate.

The steps below walk you through the process of creating a new estimate for your home.
On the My Account Page, click the Get Started link on the left-hand side. The Property Information page is displayed.
Enter information into the required fields which are noted with an asterisk on the screen.
Enter the remaining information as applicable.
Once the information is entered, click the Next button on the bottom of the page. The Home Description page is displayed.

Enter the remaining information as applicable.
Once the information is entered, you will need to purchase the estimate to continue. If you have a promotion code, enter it in the Promo Code field, click the Apply Discount button, then click the Purchase Estimate button on the bottom of the page to continue.
For each remaining page, enter the applicable information then click on the Next Page button on the bottom of the page. Continue this process until all the information has been entered for the estimate.
