Currently, AccuCoverage® can only produce a replacement cost estimate for:
Single and Multiple-family (up to 4 family units) homes in the U.S.
Homes with a maximum of 5,000 square feet (excluding basements, garages, porches and decks)
Homes built after 1799
AccuCoverage® is unable to value properties used for:
Commercial or farming purposes
Mobile Manufactured Housing
Log Homes
A-frames or unusual architectural designs
High-Value Homes or Mansions
You will need to enter specific information regarding the construction of your home. To assist you with the online survey, the AccuCoverage® Worksheet is designed to help you gather information on your home (i.e. year built, square footage of Total Living Area, and building materials).
